Hummus Sweet Palermo


1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
100 g peeled and drained chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp salt
500 g roasted Sweet Palermo peppers
Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper


Mix together all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
