Workshop with the versatile sweet pointed pepper

Rijk Zwaan, breeder of Sweet Palermo, held a workshop in conjunction with Gastronomixs on combining vegetables with other ingredients. Needless to say, the unique Sweet Palermo was not overlooked. “We explained more about Sweet Palermo during the workshop. As well as telling the participants about the world of breeding, we allowed them to discover the versatility of this pointed pepper for themselves. Sweet Palermo was very well received by the chefs present!” says Martine Boekestein, specialist marketing communication at Rijk Zwaan.
