Escalivada Sweet Palermo

500 g Sweet Palermo peppers
Salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
100 ml olive oil

Roast the peppers in the oven at 180º for 8 minutes and allow to cool. Carefully remove the skin and seeds from the peppers and slice into strips. Finely chop the garlic and fry gently (without burning). Finally add the remaining oil, salt and pepper.
